Arran Heritage Museum


The Isle of Arran Heritage Museum, is a place that everyone should visit if they ever have the chance. The museum deals with much of the archives, archeology, geology and genealogy concerning the Isle of Arran and has an a good number of archived exhibits.

The museum has scheduled lots of events for the 2009 season. The museum is open daily from 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 pm until Sunday 25th October 2009. Founded in 1976, this wonderful museum first opened it’s doors to the public in 1979. Located on the main Road in Rosaburn, it is just a little ways north of the Brodick region of Arran and less than two miles from the Calmac terminal.
